Now get deeper into these taluks and find out what are the key institutions there - hospitals, educational institutions, businesses, what are the chief livelihoods? Also can you locate who are key or important people in each taluk, and how do we make a list of such people. Start scoping people, contexts, institutions, issues. How much of that can be done without visiting the taluks? Especially focus on youth segments between 22-30
